These terms govern your use of Expert Agents Near Me. By using the site, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.

For consumers

• The matching service is free. We'll never charge you a fee.
• Agents matched to you are independent professionals — Expert Agents Near Me is not a party to any transaction you ultimately enter into with them.
• You agree not to submit false information to the matching quiz or to abuse the contact channels.

For agents

• You may claim only profiles for which you are the licensed agent of record. Impersonation is grounds for permanent removal.
• You will respond to consumer messages in good faith and within a reasonable time.
• Subscriptions (e.g., Featured tier, from $199 per ZIP per month) renew each billing period, monthly or annual, until you cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Featured is paid placement and is labeled and disclosed as such wherever it appears. If a renewal payment fails, Featured placement stops at once and resumes when the payment goes through. A 7-day Boost ends automatically seven days after purchase and does not renew.
• Lead credits are one-time purchases in packs of 5 for $199 or 20 for $499. Credits do not expire. One credit is one matched lead: a lead we match to you from the matching quiz or a home-value request uses one credit when it is delivered, after the visitor confirms their email. Messages visitors send you from your own profile never use credits. Neither do matched leads in the area your Featured subscription covers, spam, or requests that never reach you. With no credits left, a matched lead waits on your dashboard, without the visitor's contact details, until you add credits; it is never dropped. Online checkout for credits is not open yet. Until it is, matched leads are delivered without using credits.
• You agree to comply with applicable real-estate licensing laws, fair-housing rules, and TCPA when contacting consumers.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, no automated submission of the matching quiz, no attempts to harvest agent contact information at scale.
• No spam. Submitting fake leads or running outbound campaigns against agents on the platform will get you removed.

Liability

Expert Agents Near Me provides the directory and matching service “as is.” We don't guarantee a transaction outcome, a specific agent response time, or a specific outcome from a paid service. Our maximum liability is limited to fees you've paid us in the 12 months prior to a claim.

Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and you and Expert Agents Near Me agree to resolve any disagreement first by good- faith discussion and then, if unresolved, in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas.

We'll update these terms when we change something material and post the new version here. The “last updated” date at the top tells you the latest revision.
