No. Submitting our quote form does not pull your credit — it's a contact request. Your credit is only pulled if you choose to formally apply with a lender.
Why three lenders?
Comparing at least three offers is the single best way to make sure you're getting a competitive rate. We cap routing at three so you don't get blasted by a dozen calls.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. We charge the partner a small flat fee per qualified intro. The borrower never pays us.
Can I work with a lender who isn't on your list?
Of course. The matching service is optional — many buyers also bring their own lender. The calculator at /mortgage-calculator works either way.
