Does requesting quotes affect my credit?
No. Submitting our quote form does not pull your credit — it's a contact request. Your credit is only pulled if you choose to formally apply with a lender.
Will lenders start calling me?
No. Your request comes to our team, not to a list of lenders. A lender contacts you only if we introduce you and you want that.
What does this cost me?
Nothing. The borrower never pays us.
Can I use my own lender?
Of course. Many buyers bring their own lender. The calculator at /mortgage-calculator works either way.
