Most agent directories sell your contact info to the highest bidder and call it a “lead.” We don't. Expert Agents Near Me matches you with the top three agents in your area based on what you actually need — and the agents are from verified records, not self-reported.
Verified, not self-reported
Every agent profile starts as a shadow record sourced directly from license data: license number, sales count, recency. Our team reviews every claim before a profile changes hands. No agent can fake their numbers.
Free for consumers, always
Buyers, sellers, and renters never pay us. Agents pay only if they want top placement (Featured tier) or services like a pro bio rewrite or marketing audit. Your contact info is never sold.
The top 3, not the top 30
The matching quiz looks at intent, location, timeline, budget, and priorities. We match you with three agents — not a 'request quotes from 5+ pros' free-for-all. Our team reviews each request and may connect you with matched local agents after you confirm your email.
Built on real license data
Agent profiles include actual sales volume, average price points, and specialty mix — pulled from license records. We don't collect reviews; an agent can link their Google Business Profile instead.
How we make money
Two revenue streams, both from agents — never from consumers:
- Featured Agent placement: paid placement, a subscription from $199 per ZIP per month. Featured agents are listed first and labeled Featured where they serve, carry the Featured badge, are first in line for matched leads in the ZIPs they hold, and get a higher routing weight on matched leads in their area. We don't promise a lead count, and every Featured list is disclosed as paid (how placement works).
- Optional services: lead credits in packs of 5 for $199 or 20 for $499, bio rewrites, marketing audits, and (coming soon) headshot enhancement and AI intro videos. One-time or quote-based; not required to use the platform.
Consumers pay nothing. Always.
