Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell your personal information for money. If you accept marketing cookies, advertising partners' pixels may receive information about your visit, such as the pages you viewed and that a form was submitted, so we can measure our ads. We do not send them your name, email address, phone number or anything you typed. Under California law this can count as “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. Your rights
- Right to know: the categories and specific pieces of personal information we hold about you, where it came from, why we use it, and who we disclose it to.
- Right to delete: ask us to delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep of the consent you gave.
- Right to correct: ask us to fix inaccurate information, including on an agent profile.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: use the button above or the cookie preferences.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not ask for or use sensitive personal information to infer anything about you.
- Right to non-discrimination: using any of these rights never changes the service you receive.
What we collect
- Identifiers: name, email address and phone number you give us on a form.
- What you tell us: your answers to the matching quiz, home details for a value estimate or mortgage quote, and messages to agents.
- Internet activity: IP address, browser, pages visited, and the ad or link that brought you here.
- Professional information (agents): license, brokerage and sales history from public records.
When you ask to be matched or send a message, we pass your details to the agents or lender you chose to hear from. That disclosure is at your direction and is not a sale.
How to make a request
Email privacy@expertagentsnearme.com with the request and the email address you used with us. We will confirm your identity by writing to that address, and respond within 45 days. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission.
How long we keep it
We keep lead records, including the consent wording you saw, for as long as we need them to provide the service and to show what you agreed to, and delete them on a verified request unless the law requires us to keep them.
