Expert Agents Near Me (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates a real estate agent directory and matching service at this domain. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
- Consumer matching quiz inputs — your intent, location, timeline, budget, priorities, name, email, and (optional) phone. Used to match you with three agents.
- Agent profile data — sourced from MLS records (license number, brokerage, sales history). Agents claim their profile by verifying their MLS license.
- Cookies — UTMs and click-IDs (Google, Meta, Bing) for marketing attribution; consent preferences; lead status and notes (per-browser); session tokens for logged-in agents.
- Server logs — IP address, user-agent, request URL. Standard web-server stuff. Used for spam prevention and security.
How we use it
- Matching consumers with agents — your quiz submission is sent to the three agents we matched you with.
- Operating the platform — authentication, lead delivery, billing for paid agent services.
- Measuring marketing — Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, gated by Consent Mode v2 and your cookie preferences.
- Improving the service — anonymized aggregate metrics (e.g., how long matches take to respond).
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Your contact details go only to the matched agents.
- We do not run remarketing audiences off your contact info.
- We do not share your data with brokerages or lenders unless you explicitly request a referral.
Your choices
- Cookies — you can decline non-essential cookies via the banner on first visit, or change your preferences at any time.
- Marketing emails — agents control delivery and frequency in their dashboard settings. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- Data deletion — write to
privacy@expertagentsnearme.com(mockup placeholder) and we'll delete your records.
Third-party services
We use: Google Analytics 4 + Google Ads (analytics + ad measurement), Stripe (billing for paid agent services), and a transactional-email provider (lead notifications). Each is governed by its own privacy policy.
Mockup-only stub. The production policy will be reviewed by counsel before launch and updated to reflect the actual processors and data flows we end up using.
