Every agent in our directory starts as a 'shadow' profile sourced directly from MLS records — name, brokerage, license number, sales history. To claim a profile and start receiving leads, the agent must verify their license number against the MLS record on file. This catches anyone trying to impersonate an agent.

Is it free for consumers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Always. Buyers, sellers, renters, and refinancers never pay us. Your contact info is never sold to third parties either — we send your message directly to your three matches and that's it.

How do agents pay?

Accepted Answer

Agents can claim their profile and respond to leads for free. If they want top placement, a Featured badge, and priority routing on quiz leads, they can subscribe to our Featured tier ($199/month, cancel anytime). They can also order optional services like a pro bio rewrite ($99) or our free marketing audit.

Can I work with an agent who handles both buying and selling?

Yes — most 'move-up buyers' need both. The matching quiz lets you select more than one intent (e.g., buying + selling, or buying + refinancing) so we route you to agents who can handle both sides of the transaction.

Refinancing isn't strictly real-estate-agent territory — it's a lender's job — but most experienced agents have trusted lenders they refer to. Pick refinancing in the quiz and we'll match you with agents who can make a strong introduction.

How fast do agents respond?

Most agents reply within an hour during business hours. Featured-tier agents in particular average 4-minute response times because top placement is part of the deal — they're motivated to be fast. If nobody has responded after 24 hours, email us and we'll re-route.

Can I see agents before submitting the quiz?

Yes. You can search all agents at /search, filter by state and city, and read full profiles before contacting anyone. The matching quiz is just the fastest way; it's never required.

Are reviews on agent profiles real?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reviews are tied to verified-client transactions wherever possible and go through a moderation step before they appear publicly. Agents can't pay to remove a negative review.

How do you protect my contact info?

Your name, email, and phone are sent only to the three matched agents. We don't sell to third parties, run remarketing on your data, or share with brokerages or lenders. Read our Privacy Policy for details.

We cover the entire US — agents are sourced from MLS records nationwide. Some states have richer profiles than others; that's a function of how much MLS data we've ingested so far. Don't see your area? Submit the quiz anyway.

I'm an agent. How do I claim my profile?

Sign up at /signup with your name, email, and license number. We'll match you against our MLS records and route you into the claim flow. Once verified, your profile goes live, you start receiving leads, and you have access to the dashboard.
